  • This can be a sponsorship for the continental breakfast, Sunday snack, Monday Breakfast, Monday lunch or Monday Snack This sponsorship comes with 1 Vendor Table and an Ad.
  • This can be a sponsorship for the continental breakfast, Sunday snack, Monday Breakfast, Monday lunch or Monday Snack. This sponsorship can come with 1 Vendor Table and an Ad (table and/or ad are optional).
  • We will provide you a booth and an ad in the program at no cost in appreciation of your sponsorship. If you provide flyers or signs, they will be placed at each lunch table for participants. Please contact Scott at sstaley@ccs.k12.in.us with questions.
  • On the next screen you can select a half page ad for $75 or a full page ad for $125. If just placing an ad, put "none" in for conference attendees.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Monday lunch sponsorship: $2,000 (We will provide you a booth and an ad in the program at no cost in appreciation of your sponsorship.)
Sunday snack sponsorship: $1,000 (We will provide you a booth and an ad in the program at no cost in appreciation of your sponsorship.)
Monday Continental breakfast sponsorship: $1,000 (We will provide you a booth and an ad in the program at no cost in appreciation of your sponsorship.)
Vendor booths: $250 per table on or before May 1st; $275 per table on or before August 1st; $300 each after August 1st.
Program ads: $75 for 1/2 page, and $125 for full page.  Please provide electronic image by August 1, 2019 to (   ) 
Use Twitter #2019ICTM to announce winners of your door prizes. We will also list winners at the registration table. Just let us know.


Important Vendor Information

The Conference times: Sunday, September 29 (11am to 1pm registration & exhibit time; presentations start at 1PM and finishes 6PM EST) and Monday, September 30 (7:30AM registration & exhibit time; 8:45AM to 4PM EST presentations).
Set-up time: Sunday morning, beginning at 10 AM.
Electrical and computer needs payable directly to the hotel. 
Vendors wishing to present must purchase a table and complete the Speaker Proposal Form.

Available to each vending/exhibiting company.

Conference registration name tag (for the first 2 exhibitors)
Free parking.
ONE free lunch ticket for Monday's luncheon. Additional lunch tickets may be purchased for each additional exhibitor for a discounted fee of $25.
